Was able to get a copy last Friday( prior to release) of the new Candace Bushnell book and just finished it.  It was great!  Get your hands on a copy soon.

You liked it?  I started to read it but couldn't make it past the second chapter.  Does it get better??  If so,I will pick it back up and try and finish it

I really did like it.  It is not the young New Yorkers about town story as was Sex in the City but I did enjoy the book.  My favorite book of hers is perhaps Trading Up.

I'm reading One Fifth right now. I wasn't sure I would like it because of all the mixed reviews. This is the first book by Candace Bushnell that I've read. So far I'm really enjoying it. Reading the story you really get involved in these peoples lives and want to see what is going to happen next. I'm anxious to finish it, but need to slow myself down.

I recommend it.

I have it in audio. Haven't listened to it yet though.

Any other reviews on this book?  It's on my TBR list, and I 've read very mixed reviews.

I gave this book a 3 out of 5.  I got fed up with the shallow personalities.

This one is different from her other stories.  I didn't like her other books, although loved the Sex and City show!

I have started One Fifth and it's interesting so far with all the different characters, hard to say whether the storyline

will hold my interest throughout the book but I find it much more interesting than her other ones.
