I loved this book! It was just a cute, fun story. I couldn't put it down until I found out how it ended. I will definitely read all of Kristan Higgins books she has out now and comes out with in the future.

This was an okay book. Decent story line, but I didn't think it was very well developed. The character in this book says "bleeping" all the time instead of using the actual word. At first it was cool, but very over-used by the end of the book. All in all it was okay....I'd read another by this author, but if I had two authors to chose from, I'd save this one for last.

This is written in first person present tense which isn't common these days, so it took me awhile to overcome that. While I thought there were some things that were underdeveloped, the heroine was compelling. I deeply felt her yearning for the hero, a man she'd loved since she was ten and who fit into her family like another brother. I wish there had been more (especially earlier in the story) that showed why he was worthy of her love, but the depth of her emotion was never in doubt. In the end, I'll read more by this author.

Feel good romance! I really enjoyed this book, but my first complaint is that Buttercup (Chastity's dog) is not a Basset hound. I wish the cover really did have Buttercup's picture because I have trouble imagining a part Bloodhound/Great Dane/Bull Mastiff, even though the dog's a delightful, lovable character. The other characters are great, too, and it's an engaging, fun story. It's a nice change to read a book with plenty of sex but none of it graphic. I've given up on some authors because the sex scenes are just too graphic.

Higgins' characters are always so good, and this is no exception. I really recommend this book for fun reading!

This book was cute. I thought I would like it as much as a Rachel Gibson book, but it didn't quite meet that standard. I liked the heroine but it was quite annoying that the man she loved withheld himself from her throughout the book. I didn't feel the ending really justified his actions so it was a little confusing. I did think the book had a lot of heart.
