i have placed several multi-book orders this month and every time used the "order more" button, but they keep showing up as separate orders. Anyone else having this issue?

Did you do it right away?  If they already printed then it would probably seperate them.  I've ordered several books this week and 3 times I added another book with the Order More Button when I was ordering the first one.  It combined them.

Button seems to be working fine for me as well.  I always check member bookshelf when I place an order and quite often add more books when placing the order...

I ordered 9 books yesterday. 8 of them were double orders. When they showed up on my books requested tab, they looked like separate orders with nothing to indicate a multiple order. Today on my books enroute, the ones that have been accepted are showing up as bulk orders. I don't know if that's a glitch or if that's the way it's supposed to be. Never paid that much attention before, but for some reason I really noticed it this time.

After reading Pam's post: that's how mine looked to until they were accepted. Maybe it keeps them seperated like that incase they time out.

I believe Mary is right.  I know from the sender's end it does.  I had two requests from the same person that I knew were from the same one beforehand because they had identical RCs.  They were seperated before I accepted, but when I did the system combined them.

Ok, it looks like that IS what is happening. They are separate til accepted.  When I am the sender, I don't remember it showing up that way but it's very rare that I get an order for more than one book. thanks, guys
