His theory is that Oswald acted alone; that the Mafia was not involved in the assassination but they claimed responsibility to get in good with Jimmy Hoffa, who hated the Kennedys, especially RFK. The writer portrays Oswald as cold, needy, narcissistic, mother-loathing, wife-beating, cop-killing, a liar, coward, thief and bully. He found himself in the right place (The Texas Book Depository) at the right time (lunchtime, 11/22/63), and he did it. An unexpected plus in this book is that the research team interviewed a grist of Russians who knew LHO in Minsk. This part is great, expecially for readers into inter-cultural interaction.
