What does this mean??? On my account page all I have are the tabs and if I try to look to see the books that are on their way to me..that is the pop-up.

I have several books coming and I have to get this fixed so I can receive them!

I would love an answer...I have asked the live line and have not had an answer yet!

I always default to the standby basic.  Try rebooting.  It sounds like something is hung up in the memory.

That's a Javascript error. You should clear the cache in your browser.

Yes. Clear your cookies and refresh the page (Ctrl + F5).

I called my Daughter and had her log in on my account and she came up with the same message-"Message from WebPage-out of memory at line 1"

I have shut it all down,cleaned out my cookies..plus...any other thoughts????

I have no way to let them know that I have received any books as it won't let me access the tabs...

Try a hard refresh holding down ctrl and F5 at the same time.

If your daughter is getting the same message on a different computer, then it sounds as if you need to contact the PBS team -- click on (don't hover over) the Help Center, choose "Contact the PBS Team, and use the Feedback option.  Let us know how this comes out!
