I wont lie, nothing Patrick Carnes writes about Sexual Addiction is easy to read. It strikes a cord that is very uncomfortable for most of us. However, if you sexually addicted or think you might be, or someone you love is, this is a book that you must read. It lets you understand the addiction and offers hope.
