This is a great book in everyday plain english, no fancy medical terms in this book. Very informational about many aspects of the human body and how it works with tips and tricks on how to improve your health. The author uses humor in their writing which makes this book an easy read and completely understandable. I found things in this book to improve my health, that actually work. This book is well written and not a bunch of hoop-la. If your looking for a book that explains how your body works and what to do to improve your health, than this is the book for you! I gave it a 4 star rating as I thought they could have added more information on the central nerve system.
