Got an Auto generated mail from PBS today asking if I received a book and if I had to mark it received.

Thing is, book wasn't mailed (from Florida), until 2-1 with an estimated arrival of 2-28 and a date of System Action as 3-1.

Today is 2-15; why would the system start the "Nag Cycle" so soon?

I think those auto-emails go out at 14 days, 21 days and just before the book goes lost.

Yeah, it's not just one email, the first comes after about 2 weeks I think. I just ignore them.

I have my email filtering turned on so that  all PBS emails automatically go to a PBS folder that I never even open unless I need to find something.

Way easier than having to look a them every day.

Please do not mark it junk.  That can cause all the PBS emails to be designated as junk.  And I for one, really want my wish list offers.

I have also set up a folder and a rule.  And a separate rule for ones that have the word Wish in the subject.

Mine keeps reminding me to mark books mailed that I haven't gotten to take to the PO yet, but I don't want to mark them mailed yet since they haven't been mailed (which I still have time to do it within PBS time limits).  It does get frustrating but I just ignore the emails!
