Jennifer, I don't think there is any other way to monitor your purchase. You could send in Feedback to the site administrators, to ask if they have any other options available, or to suggest that they add more tracking options in the future.
Contact them by clicking Contact Us at the bottom right side of any page, then click on Send Us Feedback, describe the situation, then click on Submit Feedback button. You should get automated reply acknowledgement shortly (via email, not PM), and then within a couple of days a Team member should contact you.
