Probably not.  "Wish granted" implies that a book was posted in the system.  What if someone bought a book that wasn't on their own WL?  Then it wouldn't be a "wish granted".

It doesn't remove the book from your Wish List so I would say it doesn't count it as a wish granted.

I did contact TPTB to suggest that when a book is bought from the PBS Market via one's WL, the book should automatically be put on hold.  They said they would do that eventually.  I think they're still tinkering with the code and figuring it out themselves.
