Can I transfer money from my SwapCD account into my PBS account?

No -- they are two separate accounting systems. If a member is closing down one of his accounts, the PBS Team will often be willing to make the $ transfer to another account. I would guess that they are looking for a way that members can transfer money in the future without messing up the accounting.
