Am I the only person getting this message:

We experienced an error while trying to process your request. One of our partners' systems appears to be temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.

I sent a message to TPTB. I've been trying all day and the book is going to cancel pretty soon. Figures - the one time I mail at the last minute because I had my purse stolen and all my accounts were frozen and closed, is the time I have issues. I just got my new debit card in the mail so I could add money to my account.

Me too.  Book will time out soon.  Not sure what else to do since I can't get to the post office during their business hours, but that's the only other way I know of to get media mail pricing (it's a large book, so first class mail is not an option).

Anyone have suggestions?

Like you I have no time to get to the post office. I ended up cancelling the order with another explanation to the receiver. I'd already sent her a message as to what was happening. A few hours later (an hour ago) I decided to just cancel it. I have three other books going out Monday so I hope it's fixed by then.

It worked for me this morning.  I'm not sure if it is fixed or if I just got lucky.  Good luck to each of you!

Don't know about postage as I don't use it, but DC is working.  Good luck.  Pat

I printed two postage labels last night so I think that feature is working again.

That's the message we get when Endicia, our postage provider, is down for maintenance.  It usually only lasts an hour or two at the most.

I haven't been getting that message. It tells me that I don't have enough money in my postage account and have to replenish it, but the page never finishes loading to enable me to do that. And that is still happening as of about 7 minutes ago.

Nora, have you tried to go through the Kiosk and adding PBS money instead of going through the label window?
