Has anyone else had trouble with the PBS website?  My computer has been freezing up yesterday and today, but only on this website.  Any other website works fine, so I don't think it's my computer or my internet connection.

Yup, this website freezes on me all the time. Just started recently (about a month or so ago). Haven't figured out why yet.

It used to freeze frequently for me when I used IE; I've switched to Firefox and absolutely no problems.

I use IE and also have problems. I've been having a few less since I've blocked some things, but still occasionally have problems which result in having to close IE and restart.

I use Firefox and haven't had any problems. Sometimes it is a little slow but not bad.

IE used to jam up on me several times in a session.  The browser would close and restart itself, always with an apology.  Firefox works well for me.  Fewer security issues, too.

I use SeaMonkey (a Mozilla browser) and haven't had any problems.

Firefox user here and no problems at all. I gave up on IE a long time ago.

I use either Firefox or Safari and have never had any problems.  I have a feeling IE is the culprit.

For the last month I've had problems with Internet Explorer on this site.  It totally freezes up after viewing a couple of pages.  Now I'm using Firefox.

I use IE6 and PBS freezes up about once a day, it just won't do anything, I have to close it.  Jodi, what do you mean, you blocked some things?

The site just doesn't like IE, the PBS Team have stated that the site is built primarily to work best with FF and they will not work on any problem that is specific to IE. Any time the site stops reacting for me, I open FF for a couple hours, and then later I try IE again, and usually by then its little tantrum is over.

Why don't I just stay with FF? I don't like it, but I suffer thru it 3-4 times a week for a couple hours just to get my PBS fix :)
