Is there anyway to make the two pages into one?  I wrap all the books in brown wrapping paper and I feel it's a waste to use two pieces of paper.  I wind up cutting around the box with names and addresses so I waste about 2/3 of the paper.  I tried saving the document and opening it using Microsoft word, but that just came up in all these weird symbols.  You can't just delete the blank spaces on the paper when you go to print it either.  Anyone know how I can conserve paper by putting it all on one piece?

Every time you print the PBS wrapper, you are given three different style options.  One of those options is to print all of the information on just one page.   Choose that option.

I use the print everything on one sheet - I use a label.  Perfect size!

I'm not sure if this is what you want, but when you have a PDF open, you can click on the cursor icon (not the hand) and then you can drag over text and copy it into the clipboard.  That way you can paste the text into a word document.
