Loved some of the ideas. He liked the Cilantro Dip, whereas I lov'd the stuffed cabbage with vegetables and the Green Mayonnaise. I have a lot of recipes that I've placed on cards that I still intend to try.
Interesting information on this particular diet with some tasty recipes. Recipes include: Three Bean Salad; Cinnamint Salad Dressing; AsparaZincado Soup; Blackened Herb Fillets (for either fish or tofu); Edamame Patties (a veggie burger).
