I've been seeing something odd since about the time of the recent changes.  When I go to the last post on a thread with multiple pages, the last post always shows as the first post on a new page. Additionally, the page is always listed as page 1, even though it's not the first page.

When new posts are written, the previous post moves back to the first page and the new post takes the place as the first post on a new page, and so on and so on.

It's making it really hard to read the forums. I have to keep going back a page to see if I've missed anything.

Which thread in particular are you talking about?

Is it on threads started after the change? I post regular in a thread that now has 233 pages and I go straight to the bottom of the last page when I click the button to go to the last page.

When I post something, I haven't noticed anything different from before so I'm guessing it hasn't changed. I'll watch next time.

It seems to be in every thread longer than one page.

The same has happened to me. I kind of thought it was because I switched from Firefox to Chrome since I can't get Firefox to work anymore even after downloading the latest version.

My reply box is also stretched. Is everyone else's too or is that actually a browser thing?

I've noticed this too...When I click the little box to go to the last post of a multi-page thread, it shows just one post on the page and the page number shows as "1".  Then going back one page will load the last page of posts.  Kind of weired.

Amee--I haven't noticed my reply box being stretched.

I use Firefox for my browser.

The stretched-out box is a quirk to Chrome.

I've had the same problem as the OP.  Has anyone reported it to the team yet?

Another Firefox user here too and I've noticed that as well.  I figured it was a glitch from the new upgrades.  A little annoying but I can live with it.

I finally got Firefox to work and the box isn't stretched out now.

The pages are still acting all funky though.

Since no one else said they submitted feedback, I just did.  I'll let you know the response when I get one.

I wonder if it's a browser thing? I use both IE 8 and Safari and mine seem fine in IE8. Haven't checked Safari yet.

ETA: I'm on Safari now and it works. I did a couple "test" posts on some longer threads and so far it doesn't do that for me. Thankfully!

Hmm, I'm using Firefox and I haven't been seeing any weirdness.  Maybe they fixed it already?

I am using ie8 and have noticed the same thing. I thought is was an ie issue. But if others are experiencing it on other browsers, it must be the site. Thanks for sending it in, Britney.

I got an update from the team that they haven't been able to reproduce the problem, so I gave them the urls to some threads I've been having issues with...

It's very consistent for me with Firefox.  Anytime the thread has more than one page of posts, if I click the little blue box on the right hand side to go to the last post, a page with only the last post on it pops up, and the page number shows as "1".  If I click the "<<" arrow, I go to a previous page of posts but it still shows as page "1".

ETA--If I choose the page number in the drop down box, it'll load the page correctly.

I've found that I only get the problem on some threads, but I sent the team some of the threads I've been having issues with.

I've had the problem on all threads.  If I'm checking in on a thread with a lot of posts, it's hard for me to find where I left off.

The problem seems to have been resolved. Thanks Britney, for reporting it.
