I almost stopped reading this halfway through, since all seemed very predictable at that point. I'm glad I didn't since the suspense was just about to start. It turned into a pretty decent suspense novel.

A great read that will make you think twice about that upcoming cross country trip you have planned. Don't worry folks, remember...it's fiction! Although there were some things that seemed truly and wholly unreal, the storyline was easy to follow and was most definitely not boring.

I found this book because of the TV movie from 1996. It was a fun read but not anything spectacular.

Overall I would have to give this a 7 out of 10. As I read the story, I couldn't help thinking of other books I had read with similar ideas. I also thought it was somewhat predictable. All that being said, I still enjoyed it. The characters were likable. I would recommend it. This is my first book by this author, I'd have to read more from him to see if I like his style.

I found this story to be a little slow starting, but like when taking off in a jumbo jet, it gathers speed and pins you to your seat. I ordered this title because I love thriller's and especially like plots which take place on planes, trains and ships. The author has a long, credible aviation background but doesn't bog us down with too much information. On the other hand he writes with such authority that you find yourself thinking, "Gosh, this could actually happen!"

This was an exciting thriller set on board an airplane, in Washington, DC and in the Middle East. While some of the characters started as clichéd, they gradually became more three-dimensional as the medical and political crisis grew.

Now it's loose on Quantum Flight 66. One passenger is already dead. The experts say in 48 hours the rest may follow.

James Holland, former U.S. fighter pilot, now flying this commercial Boeing 747, isn't ready to die. They say he can't land his plane. They say he's a threat to the whole world. They're ready to blast him out of the sky.

Captain Holland may be on a collision course with doom, but they're going to have to catch him first. He's determined to take whatever risks he must to outfly them. Outsmart them. And beat Pandora's Clock.
