Is anyone else having this problem?  It just started this morning, even though that address is NOT on my blocked list and IS on my OK list.

I've never had a problem in all the time I've been here.  Any ideas / suggestions?

If you think you are not getting your PBS emails...

If all of the PBS addresses are in your approved sender list, then you will need to contact your provider. Someone else who uses that provider probably marked some of the emails as spam and the provider's filters are catching the emails now.

Add the PBS email address to your address book.  It may or may not help.  I actually had emails I had sent to myself (newspaper articles my daughter was in) go to my junk folder!  I've just had to make a habit of checking and clearing my junk folder every time I check my email.

Does your junk box have a box to click that says "not spam"?  I use Yahoo mail, if something goes into my spam folder that I don't want there, all I have to do is open the email and click "not spam" and then everything from that sender goes to my inbox.

Sassy, I added the PBS email address to my address book as you suggested.  Not sure if that was the trick but the last email I got went into my regular mail, not junk.

Sarah, I do have that "not spam" feature on my junk box but it is a pain to do that every time, especially if I have a thread on "watch" with lots of replies.

We'll see if it continues to work.

usually if you click "not spam" once, future emails from the same address will go to the regular inbox.

I've found that my computer does not recognize the word "usually".  Emails still working properly this morning.

I use Outlook.  For some reason if I keep just deleting messages from certain senders it starts sending them automatically to the junk folder....Maybe my computer is just too smart!  I wish it would tell the difference between all PBS e-mails and only take out the ones I don't want to read!

My husband keeps telling me that it's not possible that the computer does this...maybe he's the one moving them, since he acts like it kills him to go to the post office with a batch of books!
