Lots of hot sexual encounters, but there was too much heroine introspection; it was getting distracting and bogged down the story. The entire story centered around a sexual fantasy birthday present weekend. It rekindled a prior serious relationship, which threw the threesome into a quagmire of emotional confusion and jealousy. It's obvious that the author tried to realistically explore the emotional ramifications of a one-time menage a trois. But since I didn't feel any connection to the main couple, I didn't feel much sympathy for their situation. Rogan was by far my favorite character. So I'm glad he's going to get a shot at his own HEA. 3 stars

Ok, the sex scenes were hot & fairly well-written but the rest of the book reads like a middle school melodrama. The heroine liked the sex but had so many doubts about this & that, it became tedious. For @#$%'s sake, make up your mind already. Even the hero, who arranged for this menage-a-trois, got his nose out of joint & had a little hissyfit. I didn't like these characters at all; so self absorbed. And the writing was just plain lame.
