This was my first read from this author and I have to say that I really enjoyed the story:

She wrote letters to him professing her love, but in the years since she has really fallen in love with another man and Ormsby is using those letters to blackmail her father into making Thalia marry him.
Julianna is a widow and has moved back close to her childhood home to help her father with Thalia's debut.
This whole story has many twists and I won't give it all away here. If you are looking for a good romance with a bit of twists and turns, I believe you will like this book. I know I did.
