Very educational, fun, interesting . . . Since my granddaughter has trouble with dry hands, this all natural recipe is a bonus for me. [I did not have to go out and buy unusual ingredients.] And I cannot wait to try the recipe for dry lips - so easy.

Because I am reading this book more as a reference book, I have jumped all over the chapters to see how olive oil can make a difference in my life in whatever areas interest me at the time. I never would have dreamed that olive oil could be such a part of one's life - apart from enjoying the flavor in foods! Wow! Was I ever wrong...
