To all of you who watch Sylvia Browne on the Montel Williams show, here is one of her bestselling books. I found it very interesting. In this book she takes you on a spiritual journey through past lives.

I have read Sylvia Browne's books before and enjoyed this one very much. She gives many case histories of people she "regressed" to former lives that ended up explaining physical and emotional ailments. It made me wish I could be regressed in such a manner and learn about my own former lives.

My first read of Ms. Browne and I couldn't put it down. I enjoyed it very much and can't wait to read the next book of hers I can find. This basically gives many examples of her clients past life regressions to teach those of us who have never heard of this before what it's all about. I found it interesting and easy to read.
