A Path with Heart is one of the most helpful and beautifully written books I've ever read. Jack Kornfield is a light in this world. His experience as a former Buddhist monk and as a "householder" brings us a unique perspective. This book contains practices and insights that can radically shift one's perspective. Highly recommended.

If you have an interest in Buddha's teachings then this book will provide insight into the hows and whys. Its defintely a different type of adventure.
