Fascinating. This book has so much good and helpful information. Dr. Jordan Ruben had Crohn's disease and through this fabulous diet, has been healed of it and is now helping thousands. This is not only for those with Crohn's disease. IT has info for sufferers with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, and many other maladies.

Good, but not as great as I thought. Sometimes it seemed like an infomercial for his vitamens. I really do agree with his way of thinking about holistic health and I like the tie ins with the Bible.
