Paul Anderson (born 1964) is a British writer specialising in computer science and technology. He writes speculative work on the future of technology and was awarded the EPSRC's inaugural Computer Science Writer of the Year prize in 2007. He is the Technical Editor of JISC's TechWatch series of white papers, which analyse technology trends and predict their potential future impact on the UK's higher education environment, and as of July 2009 he is writing a book on 'Web 2.0 and beyond'. The book will be loosely based on a horizon scanning report he wrote for JISC and will be published by Taylor & Francis in 2011.
