Pear Crisp presented by Ashton Country House Bed & Breakfast
4 firm pears, cored and cut into 12 wedges
1/4 cup apple jelly (or honey)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 Tbls. quick cooking oats
2 Tbls. brown sugar
2 Tbls. melted margarine (or butter)
Place pear slices in microwave safe bowl.
Spoon apple jelly (honey) on top.
Sprinkle with nuts, oats, and sugar.
Drizzle with margarine (or butter).
Microwave on HIGH 6 minutes, stir and cook 3 or 4 minutes more
until pears are fork tender.Serves 4
