I'm not a reader of graphic novels, but I found this story surprisingly effective. OK, I'm a softie. I cried. It may well be that some editing was done to clarify the storyline, but the facts about all the participants are incontestable. Fantastic story, well written and illustrated! Insight into the life of some early "reality tv" stars. Great intro to AIDS education, and a beautiful story of a hero's struggle.
