I have a book in like new condition that had a few light pencil markings that have been erased. Is this alright to post or not? I would be fine getting it but want to make sure.

Is It obvious that something has been erased?  Sometimes the cheaper paper used in mmpb's can be damaged by erasers.  It it isn't obvious, no damage done,  etc.  I don't see why it wouldn't be postable if it meets all other postable conditions.

In my personal opinion, if care was taken in the erasing of the pencil marks (no pages ripped) and it isn't excessive, I would say that it's postable.

And what pages?  The posting guidelines just refers to the text pages.  Pencil on the front and back flaps is fine.
