This was the first time (but not the last)I have read Lewis Perdue, and I found it to be a good psychological thriller. Brad Stone is a Viet Nam vet, now neurosurgeon, and is drawn into the midst of a conspiracy to develop the ultimate chemically enhanced soldier. The leader of this endeavor happens to be a war hero and could become the next President.
