Picked this up on the mark down table just for a quick read while traveling for a couple hours. This turned out to be a really good read!! i found my nose stuck into the book for so long at a time, my husband would talk to me and i'd just keep reading--he said he felt like he was traveling alone. It was full of suspense and well written and i'm glad i read the back and bought this one instead of buying by the cover like i hate to admit, i sometimes do.
Chantalene Morrell returns to rural Tetumka, OK to answer the haunting questions of her past. 12 years earlier, her father had been lynched for a crime he didn't commit and shortly after, her mother disappeared without a trace. Now, Chantalene's determined to pursue the shadow figures that haunt her dreams-to unmask the 4 men who destroyed her family.
But it seems someone has already begun pursuing vengeance for her as, one by one, the men she suspects are brutally murdered. Unfortunately, Chantalene is the primary suspect.

Quite a good mystery with a touch of he and she attraction. I'm going to check to see if there are any more books by this author.

This was a great book! I couldn't put it down, from the first time I picked it up. Very suspenseful and keeps you on the edge of your seat.
This was very good, kept you guessing till the end.
A 15 minute read, good mystery element.
