Email says I am being sent PMs.

None in my box.

I have closed the window, rebooted the computer, checked help (nada), and contacted PBS (who never responds anyway).

I am running a 10 for 3 sale and getting a lot of PMs, too,

Any suggestions?

I don't think this is a problem with emails.  Those are being received telling JK that there's a PM.  The problem seems to be that PBS does not show the PM's in the PBS "inbox".

JK - how long ago did you contact PBS?  (I'm assuming you clicked the "Contact Us" link at the bottom.)  They're busy, but usually do reply to contacts, especially when a problem like this is reported.

Well, I libeled them. I just received this response:

 

Our email servers had a slowdown last night (we have fixed it), and some emails went out late. So those emails reflect Personal Messages you have read. You can review the emails in your Club Communications file and compare them (and the members' names) with your Personal Messages, to see that none are "missing".

I got PM messages today that were actually sent yesterday and I am getting messages tonight that were sent this morning so although the problem may be fixed, delivery of messages still seems be very slow.
