I liked this book and it seems very informative to the styles and types of personalities. What is expecially helpful is the section that tells you the best way to deal with someone's personality type, and also the best way to deal with your own type and the changes to make to make best use of your type and other types. I think it would be good reading for business use. In one section it tells how to deal with a self sacrificing type of person, such as giving them a reason if you refuse to let them do you a favor, and don't just sit back and let them do everything for you. Try to find a balance with self sacrificing people, but realize they need to help you and respond appropriatly, and let them know that being there is as important and doing things for you.

"As entertaining as it is well informed and useful. Anyone who reads the book and answers the questionnaire will be fascinated by the complexity of his or her personality." - Ethel S. Person, MD, Professor of Clinical Psychiatry, Columbia University and author of Dreams of Love and Fateful Encounters

"Eminently readable...It tracks the range from personality to personality disorder and offers well-aimed tips on dealing with each personality type." - Kenneth Altshuler, MD, Stanton Sharp Professor and Chairman, Department of Psychiatry, University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center

"This book is a most welcome departure from the superficiality of much of modern pop-psychology literature...The descriptions are clear, and the advice is solid, practical, and non-patronizing. Highly recommended." - Stanley Turecki, MD, author of The Difficult Child
