Very enjoyable! This is not your average story... never predictable and full of interesting, robust characters. I wasn't sure where the author was taking me in the beginning, but couldn't wait to go along on the journey. The antagonist seems to be life itself, which we all relate at one time or another. Rudy, the main character, is so unsure of himself, but has high hopes for finding his path. Norma Jean is unexpected and wonderful.

I enjoyed this off-beat story of a man that follows his dreams to an avocado farm in Texas!

This was an odd little book. I mostly liked it, but the main character is just a bit off.
