Hi, I've got a question.

I currently do not have my phone number registered on PBS. It wasn't required when I signed up. I recently tried to change my email address listed, but I could not save changes without putting in a phone number. So, it looks like PBS expects me to put my phone number. Is this correct? Is my phone number necessary info?

My understanding is that several years ago it wasn't required when we joined, but sometime in the past year or so, I believe it became required.  So when we do certain updates, we're asked to provide it.
