Ingredients
  • 1/4 each - red onion
  • 1 tbsp - diced jalepeņo
  • 1 tbsp - minced garlic
  • 2 each - limes
  • 2 tbsp - chopped cilantro
  • - salt and pepper
Directions

Seed and dice the tomatoes. Dice the onion. Mix in a bowl with the jalepeño and garlic. Add the juice of the two limes, the cilantro, and season to taste with salt and pepper.


Notes

My house mate came back from her year in Mexico with this recipe from her host family and it is addictive. You can eat as much as you want 'cause it's just fresh veggies: no fat, no cholesterol, etc.
