Per the rules of the site:

 

  • Genre Discussion Forums (numerous)
    • allow discussion of books and authors in specific genres.

We ask that members give thought to the appropriateness of their topic for the forum in which they post. It works best for everyone if questions are posted in Questions About PaperBackSwap, USPS issues are posted in USPS Postal Regulations, games are confined to Games, etc. Topics advertising your bookshelf should NOT be started in any forum but the Book Bazaar. Keeping "deals" and the like confined to the Book Bazaar not only unclutters the other forums, but also allows members who post deals to be sure that their deal is seen, and members who seek deals to find them. We have created enough forums to allow a place for anything our members might like to discuss.

A few years ago every forum was littered with threads about deals and each forum was a mess - just like this one has become.  R&R created the Book Bazaar so that people had a place to offer their deals.  Please respect the site and follow the rules and the wishes of our founders.  Thanks.

There is a thread where people are posting deals.  If you are not going to use the book bazaar at least look for the "deal" thread.

I've noticed more and more deal offers popping up still.

ITA!!  :)  Several months ago there was discussion of adding a "sticky" thread on each and every genre forum to allow for deals and shelf ads... don't know if it's happened yet (seems not), but there is a thread HERE we can add to--let's use it!!  :)
