Due to the overwhelming poularity of the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon, I ordered the book. I have since seen a few other people that have done the same thing and I was wondering if anyone would be interested in starting an online bookclub.

I have my copy now, but if there is enough interest I would be willing to wait for everyone else to get theirs and we could read them at the same time. This  "club" would be open to those that have read it or would like to re-read it as well.

Since I am totally new at this book club thing I didn't know if I should start a thread in the game forum, or if we should have "meetings" in the live chat area at specific times. If you have any thoughts on this please let me know, and we can get started!

I'd like in on the discussion when you start since I just finished reading it a few days ago if that's ok. I actually have a question already about the book. If you all move on to book 2 then I'm in as well. =)

Wonder if R&R would consider a separate forum for this?  Kind of like the Games forum where moderators or normal PBS people like us can start book discussions. You can sign up like a game swap or maybe the threads can be kept ongoing. Just throwing ideas out but something like this really needs a separate forum IMO.

I know. I will have to do some investigating I suppose. I have put this idea over in club members thoughts if you would like to see the other ideas and people interested.
