Hi-

Does anyone know if you have 2 books of the same title (accidentally bought the 2nd at a used book store), can you post both or do you post 1 and wait for it to be order and then post the 2nd?

You can post 2 if they have different ISBN's.  If it is the same, you have to wait until you've swapped the first one to post the second one.

If you received two copies of a book, such as a lost book arriving, then you can post two at the same time.  Otherwise you hit the safety feature of being able to post only one copy.

Can I post multiple copies of the same book?

No. We allow a member to Post only one copy of a book at a time.

  • If you have two versions of a book (same title but different ISBNs):
    • you may post both, as some members will request different versions of the same book through Wish Lists, etc.
  • But duplicate ISBNs cannot coexist on your bookshelf.
  • You may post one copy at a time
  • Once you have mailed the first copy you can post another copy.
  • This rule is in place to give all members a chance at getting their copies requested.
