Unless it is an Advanced Reading Copy/Review Copy or Uncorrected Proof or Abridged Promotional Copy, I would say it is postable here.    Is it a complete copy, not abridged or edited and does it have an ISBN?

It has an ISBN and is the same book, just stamped "Free Gift" on the front. Harlequin sent me 5 copies, 1 to keep and 4 to share with friends (to introduce to Harlequin).

What is an ARC?  I know what it stands for, but how do you identify it?  What does it look like?  Thanks!

Sounds absolutely fine.  You could PM the person you eventually mail it to, to explain how you got the free books, if you like.

ARCs say on the front or the back that they are advanced reading copies or uncorrected proofs. The ones that I have run across seem to be in trade paperback size, but that might just be my luck lol
