For the past two months, I have been unable to use POST BOOKS to post a book (with an ISBN). I type in the ISBN, cconfirm the book and click to submit and nothing happens except for a message on the bottom that says DONE, BUT WITH ERRORS ON THE PAGE. And my book is not submitted. I have posted at least a thousand books in the past with no trouble until a few months ago. Fortunately I continue to post books but I can only do so using POST MULTIPLE BOOKS.

Anyone else having this problem? What can we do about it?
I use Internet Explorer 8 on the pc. (Come to think of it, this problem may have started when I upgraded to IE8 from IE7).

Since the site seems to work best with FireFox, I'd download that and give it a try - http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/

I use IE8 and have no problems. I hate Firefox.  I would contact PBS and see what advice they give you.

And off topic: I think you have the absolute earliers PBS sign up date I've ever seen.

The error message you see is a JavaScript error. It may be that one of the files that operates that page is corrupted on your computer. If you delete your cached files and try again it should work. If the problem persists, then you should use the Contact Us link in the lower right corner of the page to report it to the site owners.
