according to the newly specified rules, you are able to ask for a credit for a wishlisted book.  the transaction, though, would be done through the book bazaar and not through regular channels.  simply create a thread, or post them in the "post your unpostables here" thread, and explain what you would be willing to do (a 2 for one, 4 for one, one free with order from your shelf, etc).

So i can post a unpostable wish list book for a credit through the book bazaar ?

You can advertise that you have it and if someone wants it you can post it to them.  The idea is that they are made aware of the damage before hand and if they choose to pay a credit for it that's Ok. What's not ok is posting the unpostalbe WL book into the system and them PMing the wishers with the info and asking if they still want the book.

actually, you cannot post the book to someone's wish list.  if the person agrees to pay a credit to you for an unpostable book, they will have to buddy you a credit and send you their address through PM's.  since the book isn't postable, it's not going to be a sanctioned transaction through PBS.  but yes, you can ask for a credit for an unpostable, just in the book bazaar.
