Hello Can anyone give me instructions on how to post a link on a Mac??? I have highlighted the link, copied then pasted it into post, but it comes out as normal text!! Ugh..it's driving me crazy.

What browser are you using? If you are using Safari, try Firefox.

It shows up as normal text until you actually post it - have you not tried hitting the submit button yet? I was a little confused when it first happened to me because of that.

I'm on a Mac and it works fine.  But, then again, I refuse to use safari. I use Camino.

ETA: Camino is a Mozilla product. Mozilla is the company that puts out Firefox. Camino is pretty much Firefox, just much more Mac accessible.

I just got a Mac - 2 weeks ago. I coverted from PC. I am using the Safari browser software that comes with the computer. Is that bad? I have also tried editing and submitting links in my profile, but I haven't tried on the forum posts though... http://www.paperbackswap.com/book/details/9780374100148-2666

I would definitelty recommend downloading firefox.  I was really frustrated for a while that I couldn't format my posts on my Mac at work.  Then I realized it was just Safari that has issues.  There are also some general security issues with Safari

It is Safari that is the issue. www.paperbackswap.com/help/search.php

You should download the Firefox browser to use on your Mac. It is the only browser I will use. www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
