Can anyone tell me if I can access this form online.  It's a form you fill out to have them search for mail at the "mail recovery center."

According to the USPS site there is no Form 3760.

There used to be a form 1510 for loss or rifling of mail. USPS discontinued that form last year.

Odd.  A floor supervisor at the main Denver post office gave me that number.  Maybe it just isn't available online.  I'll have to make time to go to the post office and stand in line or maybe I can call my local post office and find something out.

It doesn't appear to be available on line.  My recollection is that it is a multi-page carbonless form, which would explain why it isn't available online.
