I have a couple of books that have on the cover "Free Book".  Does anyone know if I can post them to my shelf?  They do have ISBNs.

Yes you can. As long as you're sure it's not an abridged promotional copy. If it's complete, you're good to go.

Also they can't be uncorrected proofs or advanced reader copies.

Yes, promotional editions (often freebies) are postable, if they are not ARCs or uncorrected proofs.  But any final print edition is pstable, and watch the abridged/unabridged to make sure it matches the PBS listing.

Kids' books received in kids' meals fall into this category too as do free first prints that you sometimes receive when you take a self-help class or attend a conference/convention where the authors are guest speakers and include copies of their book for the audience.
