I received the book like this... it is a Hardcover book without the dust jacket (that is not the problem) but it has a few white spots on the back cover of the book. I dont know if it is water but it is wishlisted. Can I repost it or should it be unpostable?

I would think that if the spots can be wiped off, there is no problem, but if they are stains they would make the book unpostable.

Post it on the Book Bazaar. Explain its condition and I bet someone will pay you a credit for it anyway.
