Hi!

AP tests started today, so I don't need a lot of my review material anymore. I want to post this:

http://www.paperbackswap.com/Barrons-AP-Environmental-Gary-S-Thorpe-M-S/book/0764195999/

But I'm not quite sure if it's allowed. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks. :)

According to what I found in the Help Center:

Not allowed:

  • Anything that is not a book (this includes calendars, coloring books, blank journals)

So I would have to say, not allowed.

I don't believe flash cards are postable because they can't go media mail.  The listing might appear in the system though because PBS gets it's info from ohter websites adn can't always filter out the stuff that has an ISBN but shouldn't be traded here.

Ok. I'll probably post them later as a RAOK or something. Thanks! :)

You can offer them as a freebie with an order in the Bazaar. Since they are not swappable I don't think you can ask for a credit for them there, but you could use it as an incentive for someone to order something from your shelf.

Yes, it would probably cause the package to need to go a different class of mail other than media mail. But she can limit her offer to whatever book(s) she wants - freebie with paperbacks only, free with the request of book X,Y,Z,, freebie with the request of 2 paperbacks, etc. however the offerer want to offer it. She'd then get at least a credit out of the deal to help offset the cost of postage. If she's paying to send it as RAOK its going to cost $$ to send regardless. Just wanted to let her know its an option.
