Hi all,

This may be covered somewhere already and if so, I apologize. My question is- if someone requests a book from me and I agree to send it, print the label with postage and then the request is returned/cancelled, is the amount of postage returned automatically?
My husband was asking me questions about PBS the other day (after stumbling over my box of books) and I could not answer that one. cheeky

Thanks!

Joanne

If you have already printed out the label (postage included or not), the requestor CANNOT cancel the transaction. If, for whatever reason, you cancel - the postage is non-refundable.

Thank you. I've had to cancel a request before but it was before the member had agreed to send the book and I wasn't sure if it was even an option to cancel it after that. I guess I just don't swap enough books to know.

Thanks again.

Joanne
