So I posted a book, and it did not meet the requestor conditions for the first three people. The book was passed on, then removed from my shelf after the third decline. I reposted the book and it went back to the first requestor, where I had to decline it again, and it was removed from my bookshelf. There are currently 70 people wishing for this particular book. Is there a way to keep passing this book on? I know somebody is bound to want it. The book is in excellent condition, it just happens to come from a "smoking" home.

Make sure you are declining the RC and NOT clicking on "cannot mail" because cannot mail will remove the book from your bookshelf. If you are sure you are not clicking on "cannot mail", then contact PBS and see what they say, as the system would not normally be removing the book from your bookshelf when you are declining RCs.
