They are on my bookshelf, but they are both hardcover, and I really liked them for my son. I'll do a 2 for 1, if anyone needs them for their child. :) The titles are:

Don't Know Much About The 50 States by Kenneth C.Davis

and

Scholastic Encyclopedia Of The Presidents And Their Times

I am certain I have a few more around here somewhere, and I will try to locate them- I remember how hard a time I had finding really interesting books for my son. Just PM me if you need them :)
