I'm trying to post a wishlisted book to a specific person, but I don't have the "post this book" button on her WL that I see on my other friends' wishlists.  She is on my friend list.  Any ideas why this would be?

Amy,

In order to post books to someone's wishlist, both accounts must be active (not on hold).  Is your friend's account on hold?

She ordered another book from me, and I want to mail the two together.  If her account were on hold, she wouldn't have been able to place the first order, right?

Hunter, you were right. She had her account on vacation hold.  Thanks for figuring that out for me!

You can order all the books you want while your account is on vacation.  But it prevents people posting direct to your WL or ordering books from you. WL books on autorequest will still be offered if you get to #1.
